This stunning wordless book shows the story of the Sun after it has set in the horizon. Imagined as a young woman, the Sun is fantastically portrayed in all her finery as she returns home. Inspired by Buddhist temples and houses on stilts in the Northeast, she spends time doing beautiful things at home. Then she goes out to meet her friends before going to sleep. Next day, Sun sets out again as the silver moon returns home. The watercolour drawings are exquisite both in their detail and in the expanse of the Sun’s world, beautifully immersing us in it.
