  • A vision for their school library
  • Setting up and running an active library
  • Understanding of children’s literature: types, genre, quality and selection
  • Approaches and strategies to promote reading in the library
  • Activities and engagement with books
  • Facilitation skills to conduct further teacher training

Parag will train 70 State Resource Group members in collaboration with RSCERT, Udaipur and Centre for Microfinance, Jaipur. CLC is offered in Hindi in dual mode. It comprises two contact sessions of 4 days each and three online modules spread across 12 weeks. Participants are supported through mentors. Each module is a mix of theory and practicum drawn from the course objectives. Participants work on assignments and online lessons during the course.
