The availability, access and use of children’s literature is in a nascent stage in India. One of the biggest challenges is to find skilled people, be it authors and illustrators or children’s librarians and caregivers. Parag is dedicated to nurturing the skills of people to write and illustrate for children, and to use literature and books in meaningful ways. Parag does this through professional courses, workshops and creating avenues for bringing stakeholders together.
