A post graduate in commerce, Kahkashan has been fond of drawing but did not get enough support from family to pursue art as a profession. He continued to sketch for himself, until one day his uncle informed him about the Riyaaz Academy of Illustrators. His other interest includes singing and photographing nature around him.
