Sandhya Rao worked for many years in mainstream print media as an editor and writer before she seamlessly slipped into the world of children’s publishing. She is the author of several books and has translated Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Långstrump into Hindi. Based in Chennai, she works freelance and enjoys the challenge of new discoveries.
